Does anyone know how to stop spam from eStocks?
Ever since buying a CD from them on eBay my PayPal email address which they seem to have scraped from my order has been added to their monthly email list. Their unsubscribe links don't work and I can get no reply from them via their contact email?0 -
Still getting spam from estocks via ebay. They send their email via @email-bradleystreet.com so its not the eBay shop newsletter.
Their unsubscribe link doesn't work, they don't answer messages on eBay, in fact you can now not ask them questions
"We're sorry we couldn't find an answer for you. Unfortunately, due to the high number of emails this seller receives, they aren't able to respond to your specific question right now. We suggest reviewing the item again to see if your answer is in the seller's listing."
And eBay seem to now make it impossible to contact them without calling them. I just want to stop getting email from eStocks which I didn't ask for in the first place. Does it have to be so difficult.0 -
I purchased a dvd from them at £1.49 i didnt recieve it so i went through the normal channels of opening a case through ebay i got my money back which i didnt really care about as being such a small amount ,but after reading his negitive feed back many many people are having the same problem and i noticed the dvd i purchased went on sale for nearly 11 pounds .0

yes
I ordered from zoverstocks before, but I avoid them now - what the hell is 1p anyway? I"d rather have better service. One disk in a box set dvd from them didn"t work & too late to send back so I found a replacement on ebay. their Q control is useless. Smaller sellers are MUCH better. Have you tried Discogs? I use them for selling vinyl records but you can sell cds on there too0 -
it may have already been said, but i believe that eStocks also trade as is That's Entertainment (was MusicZone), MusicMagpie being the Parent Company of them all
I've had many emails about "damaged boxsets" i've ordered, so i just stick to buying dvd's (to replace the ones i have that no longer work)0 -
Just to confirm what's already been said, estocks, zstocks, Music Magpie and the That's Entertainment high street stores are all part of the same company. Staff in the stores are under instruction not to volunteer this information to customers. Product is bought in for pennies ( fair enough, they're a business, not a charity ). Any CDs/DVD's that are unsellable are made into headlight reflectors for the car industry, or, in some cases, road surfacing material.0

I'd be very tempted to register a new seller, list items at a ridiculously low price and just refund anyone that accidentally bought of you. The new seller may get a few negatives and end up banned but think of the money you could cost them
This is possibly what happened on Amazon a while ago when lots of things were being sold for silly money. I bought 2 years worth of razor blades for a princely £2.250 -
Other people here have complained about Junk Mail from Estocks.
I am also getting this - though I have nothing to do with the company.
I think I bought from them 5 years ago. They decided this was enough to spam with endless sales emails.
I am making a complaint to Ebay - as this is against Ebay rules. I have requested them to stop, but the Junk keeps on coming.
I encourage others to complain to Ebay to stop the Junk.0 -
I kinda guessed Music Magpie and That's Entertainment were related, because they shoved a Music Magpie leaflet in my bag once. My branch of That's Entertainment is poorly stocked with too many titles that nobody wants, but I did find a rare version of Fleetwood Mac's Rumours there.0
