Call centre locations?

Orange have call centres in Darlington, Plymouth, North Tyneside, India and Manilla.

T-Mobs are dealt with in Merthyr, Sunderland, and Greenock and Manilla.

This is for phones only and Orange broadband are dealt with by BT staff as well as some in Darlington and Tyneside.

It's correct that whatever you're calling for determines where you get through to..Orange, sales, cs and billing, retentions, collections and business in Tyneside. Darlington deal with loyalty and retentions, handset faults, Premier, insurance, collections, data support, network support and dealer queries.

Plymouth get Premier, data support, internal subs, iPhone support, billing and probs some more I can't remember!

Not sure of T-mob sites and what they deal with as I work for Orange but I think it'll be similar.

Offshore tend to be used for general queries, registrations, offline stuff, acc transfers, PAYG and cs and billing queries.

Just to add to this thread. Does anyone have a contact number for 3 in the UK. Have been trying to sort out a problem with a new contract and keep on being put through to India and we don't seem to be getting anywhere. Thanks for any info.........
