Hi
Has anyone booked the ferry with one of these offers before? I'm thinking about doing it but it's not that much cheaper (if at all) than booking the ferry seperately. Do you still get to choose your sailing times or do you just have to take what you're given?
Thanks in advance.0 -
I take a look at going via euro tunnell works out about £30 more than the ferry but well worth it. only takes 35 minutes compared to 90 minutes on a ferry and depending on the weather the ferry cant be quite rough0

we just use tesco clubcard deals for the Eurotunnel
but certainly the longer crossings give you good discounts via the SUN ! :beer:0 -
when we went to france last year with the sun hol we did mon-fri
and cost us £150 for caravan and the ferry for 2 adults 2 children. Thankfully hubbie did all the driving and it was one hell of a drive for him as we drove from Manchester. But i have agreed that now ive passed my test ill help so the uk drive but refuse to drive in france lol0 -
we much prefer taking the car rather than flying then hiring a car
as you have no weight restrictions so can pack the car up with kids bikes or scooters plus food / snacks etc !0 -
It is fairly easy to do online.......BUT if you dont have a street name you will find that you will get a few problems. We have tried to ring the sun but we dont get any answer. Good luck0

it's the same list of parks ( although many of the European ones won't be available as they shut end Sept to end May usually )0
