Oh no, d**m this company and its underhand actions; because I want a holiday.
But, deep breath, should we be providing cash flow through our bookings to this dark, dark company? The News of the World is losing advertisers because of its despicable actions, and tonight on the news I hear that the poor father of one of the Soham girls was also targeted by this News Group.
So if advertisers are appalled and withdrawing their business, what the heck are we doing in supporting the SUN and the NOTW? If we boycotted them too would it finally get the message? They have been doing this heart rending stuff with no compassion, for years. And I am sick of newspapers making it worse for families in a state of absolute devastation. There but for the grace….

yeah we went to Lake Garda last yr for May half term, and that was lovely weather mainly ( but not *too* hot,i'm not great in the heat !)

well .... Le Chene Gris is closer ( 15 mins drive) but is a much smaller site with less to do than La Croix ( 1 hours drive )
we love La Croix, the pools are fab and have lakes with canoes, pedalo etc
we tend to do a few days @ Disney with a few days relaxing onsite :)

    Hiya,
This holiday sounds fab, How much do the ferries cost roughly and was it easy driving abroad???? Never done it before :undecided

Bens Mom sometimes the sun does a deal with the ferry company's were u can get the ferrys for a wee bit cheaper check the sun 2moro (Wednesday) were the booking form will be able to tell you more although it will be in the small print either that or email them in the contact us page and theyll be able to tell you exactly what to do good luck xx

Although the notw is being underhand the sun isn't and as most of the tokens are printed in the sun then whats the point in boycotting them?? or don't buy the paper at all and get your codes from here!!!! that way your not supporting it at all!! and the holidays you book with are all done by a third party not by the sun in itself as if it was wed be paying our cheques to the sun not to some other company

    hi,

we tend to go via Eurotunnel ( using Tesco clubcard deals :money:) but if you want to go via ferry then after booking the site, the SUN will email you the ferry info with discounts

French motorways are better than ours, hubby prefers driving there than in the UK !

it's pretty straightforward to La Croix Du Vieux Pont :) ( well we have never got lost haha ! )

from there it's approx an hours drive to Disneyland Paris. we tend to have a few days @ Disney and a few onsite, relaxing
