It's all my lodgers money down the back of the sofa. He seems to have very loose pockets.
Retrieved this from pg 11! Is nobody chatting these days? What's wrong with you, have you all got lives or something?
I'm at my cousin's in Derbyshire for the weekend. She asked me to come down and said she'd pay my petrol so it seemed rude to refuse. Think we're going out for a 6 mile walk today and I haven't brought any trainers (I thought they were in the car!) so will be wearing a pair of hers!
Sun is shining though!:D:D

There must be a saying about loose pockets. I just can't think of what it is right now...Retrieved this from pg 11! Is nobody chatting these days? What's wrong with you, have you all got lives or something?
Yup...

A six mile walk? Can't they afford the bus?

Sun is shining here too. It is the first Saturday in I don't know how long that I don't have to take my kids to something or other so I am sitting here catching up and having a nice cup of coffee.
Hope everyone has a good weekend.0 -
Another one with sunshine and no plans!

I haven't done a thing yet this morning - just the way a saturday should be! Despite my misgivings, I had a great day at the wedding yesterday. The bride looked beautiful and the venue was lovely. My brother (father of the bride!) gave the most fantastic speech. He is a natural speaker and very, very funny although at one point he couldn't speak as he got emotional and I don't think there were many dry eyes in the house (apart from his wife who is a hard old wotsit!) The groom and the best man also gave very funny speeches and so altogether it was a good day.OD [STRIKE] £2600 [/STRIKE] £0 :j Loan [STRIKE]£9500.00[/STRIKE] £0 :j Car [STRIKE]£3150[/STRIKE] £0 :j Moving Costs [STRIKE]£1300[/STRIKE] £0 :j Savings £1150 :j

Had a lovely walk today with a couple of stops at pubs. Now feeling a bit stiff but very relaxed.

Isn't that what stiff drinks are for?

I love weddings - fingers crossed you get to have a wedding Butti - maybe the lodger's loose change will pay for it.
I've just rung Sharkleys and paid off my PCDL as it went to interest charging this month. I'd got the money saved up for it during the interest free period, so I wasn't counting it as being back in debt but it is still good to be free of it

Maybe the lodger's parents could pay for it...

It reduces your risk - so definitely good to be rid."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Morning all. Another good looking day here. Yesterday was a fab day, and I did very little, just the essentials - some washing, fed the kids and the shopping the rest of the day I just did very little.
Not to much planned for today but the ironing to tackle tonite for the week ahead.
How boring is my life that I come on here and list my household tasks for the day/week ahead!
Ah well that's just the way it is, I suppose.
Hope everyone has a great Sunday.0
