We're having rhubarb crumble without wild rhubarb. My cousin says wild rhubarb if used in food over 6 months will kill your other half without any trace that they've been poisoned.
If anyone tries this can they report back. Not you Pooky, cos I like your other half and I've never met him!

Random rhubarb, that has say escaped from someone's garden or is hanging around on a canal towpath. But not the stuff that is so wild it has taken to hanging around behind drum kits and appearing with Kermit the frog.

Had a day off today, so did my ironing, which had grown into a bit of a hillock (can't really call it a mountain as there are only two of us) but it was big enough to take most of the morning. Ran a couple of errands this afternoon and back to sitting on the settee!
The place is a mess as usual - sigh! I do try but it is so small, that even one thing out makes it look a mess, and there is never just one thing out, there are always lots of things out - usually my daughter's craft stuff! Mind you I did hoover in my bedroom at the weekend, so that created a bit of a party as it been so long since I had done it. Can't even get into my daughter's room to hoover!!
The cat we have adopted seems to have settled in fine. The only time he sprays now is when the next door neighbours cat gets in and it stresses him out a bit - but it doesn't smell anywhere near as bad as it did before we had him done.
