Have been missing from the forums for a few weeks due to a bank mess up , cards refusing to work even though money was available and inevitable Christmas spends.
I am quite pleased with myself as all minimums have been met in December and nothing has been bought on the tick, credit cards or overdrafts, which is a first!
Banks are still messing us about but we at least have one card that works now, have been making 4 mile round trips walking with defective card and passport to the bank every time we needed cash until today.
Thought it was about time I got back on the Padding wagon, taking it easy to start with however as being paid early means I'm not quite sure where all the money in the bank belongs. So £1.30 for us today to MBNAGrocery Challenge Sept 2021 £95.40/£500

I was fine until I googled your medication  :rotfl:
Sorry, shouldn't take the mickeyYou've obviously been through a lot. Try to stay positive (for example, ignore people like me who add laughing smileys when talking about your sufferings
) and just take one day at a time. As you said before, it should make your quality of life better, so hang on in there.

GAP - How is your recovery going?
Can someone remind me, please - which bank is it that has a change machine that adds money straight to your account? I hate bagging up loads of change, but don't want to lose out using the supermarket ones!
Well done, on your car purchase Purple. You'll have to let us know how your test goes when the time comes
