I think it's HSBC. I just bag all my coin up and make the cashier at my bank weight it :rotfl:

Oh I bet you're popular. My bank cashiers always seem too miserable to do helpfulness :p

I shall look into HSBC accounts - cheers ears!

I've been a cashier before and 'tis a thankless task.

I don't understand why they get cranky about weighing coin though if it's properly bagged. It's money just like ten pound notes!

Bad customer service really narks me though. I used to be a cashier in my younger days in a supermarket. Even with a hangover (which was a regular occurrence back then) i was always polite to people. In fact I would be even more cheerful with the miserable burgers just to get on their nerves even more :D It's the little things....

    £1.18 for moi!

Can someone remind me, please - which bank is it that has a change machine that adds money straight to your account? I hate bagging up loads of change, but don't want to lose out using the supermarket ones!

HSBC as FF says, and also Natwest.
