It's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :j
    Happiness is not a destination - it's a journey :)
  • Just been looking at my snowball and I can get halicarp card paid off on payday :) yay! It does mean Hong Kong is definitely a no now :( But we have said we will go somewhere a bit closer to home either around my birthday or his birthday to make up for it.... annoyed with his boss is an understatement right now! I'm very glad we didn't book my flights yesterday which we were very close to doing... but on the bright side I'm kicking debts butt harder than I thought :)

OK, I have missed something? Isn't the 'pay off as much as you can in XXXX' thread, just another variation of a payment a day? Or am I just being a nitwit and missing something really obvious?

I kinda like the idea of both threads, now that the final year of debt repayment is upon me! :D

Nope - it's setting a target and trying to achieve it - however you choose to do so. Some people PAD, some people try to make overpayments through other means.

They all achieve the same thing though :D you are welcome to join us if you want!

    £1 today please Hopeful.

I'm not sure when I will next get on here. I have finished up work for the holidays now until 4th January but only because I have to go into hospital for an operation. I wasn't supposed to have it until Jan/Feb next year but they had a cancellation this Thursday and called to ask if I wanted it. 3 days before Christmas but I had to go for it as if it works it will solve a whole lot of problems that I have. I have done all my Christmas shopping and have wrapped and delivered most presents, just a small few to do. I will still be PADding most days and I will be back with a consolidated PAD sometime between Christmas and New Year.

    So
    MERRY
