this sounds like a right mess....If I were you I'd stop paying Littlewoods and concentrate on the OD or the CC's...... whatever has highest interest....

Do the snowball for more advice :)

That way you'll be paying less in the long run :)...Yes you can still make min payments on the snowball. I am on my overdraft and loan till the macbook is cleared....

Hope that helps.....Not having a go. Just concerned...Hugs

    hi
Thanks, I know you are only trying to help, the only reason i am concentrating on the overdraft before the credit cards is that i think Santander may pull it in feb when up for remewal as there is no money going into it other than a payment to clear the o/d. I transfer £500 in to cover the minimum deposit and then take £450 out again leaving the rest to clear the balance of the o/d. I think they are going to pull it as when i tried to reduce the o/d limit it wouldnt let me said the limit i wanted was not available to me.

I am only paying minimum payment for the catalogue but nothing else as it is interest free as i said so no benefit from over paying.

I have cleared 4 o/d and 3 catalogues total debt gone of £17,325.

The credit cards are balance transfers with 5.9 and 6.9 life of balance transfer interest rates and are cut up so no additional spending. So cost so muyh less than the o/d and catalogues di which is why i left them till last.

Hope that explains it a bit better.

Any way went shopping today and saved £4.60 with buy one get one free so have transferred that over to the o/d today :j

This made no sense to my wee karfuddled brain at this time of the morning but sounds like you know what you are doing :)

Hiya - you can join a club by finding out where your nearest club is - you could look at http://www.lionsmd105.org/

There is a cost. Clubs charge different amounts, but the reason there is a charge is that all donations from the public are used for good causes - not for administration. I currently pay £5 per month, which includes insurance, magazine and other bits - but in return, I've helped raise and distribute over £6000!

There are very few clubs that are male only!

If you'd like more info - feel free to PM me

    Cheers!!!

Thanks Discos :)...can't afford £5 a month right now and think it would be higher here somehow. We're classified as rich up here (even though I'm in one of the 15% most deprived areas in Scotland)...so think it will be much higher which I just can't justify right now but still. Something to consider when am debt free :D
