Just worked out that my £50 pad to the mortgage this month will have saved me over £120 interest! Happy days!!!

    Och well done you...:j

Och is that just to 'try' and pay the interest?...I'd go ape if I had CC's that huge. I thought my debts of 3K total were bad enough :(...seriously am going to pray for huge pads for you hun....You can do it :)..

So, if you make the minimum payment each month, you always cover the interest, it's just that the interest is now a massive proportion of the minimum payments, so the balance creeps down really slowly. :( Sometimes I can afford to make the minimum payments all in one go, sometimes I have to break it up into separate PADs.

It is annoying having such big debts, but I only have my (past) self to blame, so I just have to get on with it! Thanks for your kind thoughts though, I hope you feel better soon. We all need little treats from time to time!

    PAD £1.26 today to CC2.

I'm feeling lousy...Kind of hyper and grumpy (probably from being hyper )..so as required meds tonight :(...but it's necessary...

Also spoke to a crisis line about my bed probs (I can't sleep in my bed just now. I have to put a mattress down in the hall:() and they suggested buying a decent radio for the bedroom and having that on all night...just for distraction with the bad thoughts..

The sad reality is is that if I were depressed right now I'd be in the psych unit but because I'm not everyone just says 'sleep in the hall'

I don't exactly call doing the hoovering at 10pm at night healthy....at least not for me...

I've just overdone it today and now I'm skipping volunteering so I can stay home and do housework

    Yesterdays total was £876.18 :D

Less than £500 to PAD and we'll have broken the £20k barrier for the month which is amazing given that it's coming up to Christmas :T

    £1 for me today.
  • Morning all!

My PAD today is £1.40 - a rounding down amount! They all count - lol!!!:D

Not sure if I'll get to my target of £73 for the month, (Padded to the mortgage) but that was only to have paid a round amount to the mortgage in total.

As they say 'Every Little helps'. Not sure where I've heard that before!;)

    Have a good day!:T
