I used a spreadsheet like open office or Libre office...

Me being a bit OCD I logged everything...

    But it's upto you...

I had a colomn for name, date posted, no. of post, amount and two for totals (one for daily totals and one for monthly totals) - not in that order...

But it's entirely upto you...it's so addictive being the counter upper....and of course being a wanna be sabbatarian I didn't count on Sabbath (which is today) - I just did the tallys the next day...

I love encouraging folk being a counter upper...In fact I used to get more elated on the pennies that were Padded than the 1000s of pounds.....

So yeah that's my tips for whoever does it

Thanks for the tips Erme. Looks like you found your October counter upper. Think this will help me to remember to post my pad's.

Hope everyone is having a good weekend :D

    Friday's total PAD: £1,164.11

    Yesterday's: £510.11

skaps I have found that I keep forgetting my own PADs because I am too busy worrying about everyone elses :rotfl: I have only managed to beat my target this month because I have made a few big PADs rather than my usual daily small ones :o

    Erme Happy belated birthday :)

Allie Ballie Bee and Erme I will be in Aberdeen next weekend for a dancing competition in the Beach Ballroom! I, of course, will not be dancing due to the possibility of breaking toes, not necessarily my own! Two left feet and all that. But Little Miss is dancing as is Gap-Sis. This year we are driving up on Sunday morning and driving back on Sunday night. Too [STRIKE]mean[/STRIKE] skint to pay for a hotel room like we did last year :(

Enjoy the rest of the weekend everyone

Can relate to cat chat about bringing 'presents' home. We have 2 Maine Coons, one of whom loves to bring things indoors

Yeah ~ also have a Maine Coon 'Big Dave'~ he's awesome however is far to laid back to do any hunting! He is a very outdoorsy sort of guy and is known to come in sometimes soaked to the skin as he's been caught in the rain and not bothered to find shelter ~ treble hard! :D
