    Payday!!! bgrin.gif

Although it's a bumper overtime month for me, I can't PAD a huge amount as we're going on holiday for a week and have a couple of other things to pay for. I'm therefore paying
£76.15 to a combination of my loan and my VSP :)
  • squeeeek - i thought i couldn't be the only one cos i got a book that teaches you how to do it, but it certainly felt like it from the looks people gave me!
Cats like learning tricks, they enjoy the interaction - but you need to teach them from a young age.

My cats can do beg, wave, sit and high five. One cat can do a very very reluctant 'lie down' :D He gives me this look as if to say 'this is sooooo demeaning'.

I also taught one cat to answer the phone when it rang. He used to knock it off the receiver with his nose :rotfl:

thevinternet - a. maze. ing. this is one of the best stories i've ever heard. i tried teaching lie down but wasn't anywhere near consistent enough so he never learnt, might try again though - i use a clicker so even though he's a bit older i'm sure that with enough persistence and patience on my part he'll get it!

my cat was really mischievous when i adopted him, so as well as silly tricks i trained him lots of useful stuff like not to jump on the sofa when we have food, and not to meow when he's waiting to be fed :)

oh yeah and he plays fetch too - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rUBlGW33O-c we didn't exactly teach him but as soon as we saw the behaviour we certainly encouraged it - he loves to play otherwise he starts destroying stuff(!) and this means he brings us toys rather than us having to find them - we just sit on the sofa and chuck 'em!

aaanyway... i only came on to say £5 to virgin cc!

How did you manage this one??? My Dr Evil wannabe makes the most hideous, bloodcurdling screech when he's waiting to be fed! Even the dog cringes lol!

My pad is £15.31 today please Gap - rounding down accounts and change into the sealed pot :)

I think I've finally started nesting - plan for today is to wash the curtains, bedsheets and dog :D
