    Sorry I dont know anything about mortages but thought I would post as no else is replying I think maybe save in pot and then pay in, in one lump it will then look better.
    no pad for me today too skint
    I don't think it will make a difference to be honest as lenders wuld check your credit score anyway, so the way you operate your account isn't a major concern, just that you're operating it properly i.e. without charges/financial difficulty.

    i have been a lurker here for many a month and have started to PAD 2/3 months
    went to do it this am to find............im finally under my limit on the last CC :j:j:j only by £20 for now but still under eh?

    woohoo no more charges..:T:T:T

    gonna keep doing it to get it paid off and gonna keep lurking in the shadows if i may

    PAD £150 towards CC.

    Thanks all fro the replys about PAD vs getting mortgage and how all the small payments would look. I'm still a little unsure, I love PADing as it makes such a difference but don't want to look bad on application. Was contemplating asking it on the mortgage board but they are a little scary!
