Eating well can definitely make a difference to depression - omega oils are particularly helpful.

I used to get Maxepa on prescription but they were so huge and a bit bloating, I felt, so I stopped.

But I've said it a million times and will say it again the most helpful thing for me initially was walking regularly in a pleasant environment and now it's the outdoor swimming.

When I first started walking I had to force myself to do it but it made such a difference to my mood.

I'm off out with my walking group this afternoon.
Here dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
    And we were young.

Running is the thing that does it for me, I don't go anywhere near having a panic attack when I run reguarly. I see the physio later this week and hopefully can get back to Couch to 5k next week.
Frugal day, spent nothing but will go back to CS and buy little bone china cup and saucer for £1 later :-)

purple - hope you're taking care of yourself :)

Well, another day done. It hasn't been a NSD for me today, as I needed some petrol for the car. Also treated myself to a co$ta mint hot chocolate which is one of their christmas editions - it was amazing! Gonna have to get that again :D

Hope everyone is well this evening :)
