Hi
you are thinking of food hospital on tonight channel 4 8pm tonights programme deals with a lady who has depression so i will be watching with interest
have a good day everyoneEmma :hello:0 -
Eating well can definitely make a difference to depression - omega oils are particularly helpful.
I used to get Maxepa on prescription but they were so huge and a bit bloating, I felt, so I stopped.
But I've said it a million times and will say it again the most helpful thing for me initially was walking regularly in a pleasant environment and now it's the outdoor swimming.
When I first started walking I had to force myself to do it but it made such a difference to my mood.
I'm off out with my walking group this afternoon. Here dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
And we were young.
