forgive me ladies for I have sinned.......BIG TIME:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::o:o:o:o:o I was inocently walking in the dress dept of JL when i was led astray by the YSL beauty lady(what was she doing there you all ask as indeed did I,management thought it a good idea....obviously never thought about the poor lighting where they put her) any way I had a spray of a new perfume and she ahsked if I'd like a make over,as I had had a hard day shopping the chair looked very inviting so I said ok.She asked what colour eyeshadow I liked and I said turquoise so she then made me up in.....purple!!!!It did look good tho but sadly I was home alone with the cat last night so a a bit wasted. She said there was a lovely gift if I bought some stuff which surprised me as I had looked at the counter and not seen it.The end result was I bought the primer that I use (like beauty balm) and the eyeshadow set of 4 ,two purples ,cream and turquoise....it was very pretty and can be used wet or dry and has a nice sparlke to it BUT(and it is here I need forgiving:rotfl:)the two items cost £73:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:I did get the gift but as the choice was between a make up bag with lippy and mascara or a compact powder highlighter neither of which I wanted I think I was a bit silly:(:(:((the gift cost £45 the SA said)
Also in Boots I did get a freebie but again not much use to me as it was a Trever Sorbie hair straightening spray(I have curls/waves depending on the weather)a deo spray for holiday, some nail varnish removing pads that were actually cheaper than tescos and a Ms manicure multi buffer thing for £3.05 which I hope is better than the BS one which disintegrated on the polishing face after a couple of uses:(
please point me in the direction of the naughy step where I had better stay till August:rotfl:0 -
A UU - Time Daly hand cream, the end was cut off last month but its finally finished.:j WBA as got it free with the Boots Time Delay voucher (a long time ago) and 200 pts so effectively paying me to take it away! :TLife is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -

trouble with buying such a posh brand is I then didn't like to ask how much it would cost!Normally for a goodie bag I buy the cheapest possible stuff but as have only bought the foundation and primer (to get a goodie bag)in the past I had no idea how much the eyeshadow would cost.In my defense I don't often buy make up as tend to get it free with skin care which I do use regularly(excuses excuses:rotfl::rotfl:)0 -
Teeny tiny uu for me today, a travel size Crabtree & Evelyn La Source soap, wnba, this is my favourite range from C&E but their prices are to steep for soap. High excitement from the kids in the bathroom this morning when I replaced it with a lovely bar of Palmolive sensitive, I'm not quite sure why they get so giddy about new soap.
Also two more unexpected in's, a friend bought me a tesco Spa Day rose & geranium bubble bath and body lotion, they are on offer at the mo and she knows this is one of my favourite fragrances. They would make a good end of term teachers gift but it feels wrong to me to give them away and also I love the scent. Also we are making hand made soaps as gifts for the teachers this year, inexpensive but usually homemade gifts are well received, one of my friends spends over £10 on the teacher and assistant in both of her children's classes,so £40-50 in total, why?? .The devil makes works for idle hands0 -

Feeling miserable with period pains
Even the ibuprofen I've taken isn't doing very much
Feeling awful. Going to go see if there's any paracetamol at work to top up with. Again, one of the solutions from my GP when I've complained about the monthly [STRIKE]agony [/STRIKE]pain.

Hi everyone.
Nothing to add from me, nothing UU, IN or otherwise.
Feeling a bit mooooo at the moment - basically was upfront with management at the job and asked if they wanted to keep me on, they said they would let me know by the end of the day (3 days ago!) and Ive not heard anything since.
Basically been re-offered that job at the loan company (yes Im sure you all remember) but if Im totally honest, financially Im no longer in any kind of position to be fussy. Now just figuring out what to do, don't know if to tell my current temp job/agency because I don't want it to backfire on me but at the same time I am hoping it could possibly force the issue and they give me an awnser one way or another. Don't really know! But I cannot physically afford to turn this job offer down and then 2 weeks down the line find my temp job endsMFW 2020 #111 Offset Balance £69,394.80/ £69,595.11
