Wow, I absolutely love them. How far in advance did you make them

Thanks!! I made them during the May/Jun half term hols and froze them minus the fresh strawberries on top which I just sliced and added on the morning of the wedding. We were married mid-July, so I made them around 1-2 months in advance.
  • Mrs Drink your cheesecakes are brill and I especially love the fact you can freeze them!! I might steal your idea for our wedding.

On another note Maderia cake total fail :(, I used a different recipe as I couldnt figure out how to do the quanties for a 2lb loaf tin.

Any suggestions on recipes for a 2lb loaf tin which I would like to make into a car shape and cover with fondant!

Also decided to make cupcakes to go with it could I make these on Thursday for Saturday?

Thank you! Yes, life is hectic at the minute and will only get worse! This was a wee surprise baby but we're thrilled about it.

Mickey is done, just waiting on his ears to harden up before I attach them! x
