Interested to hear that Jet2 does rectify problems caused by their site. I am currently waiting to hear whether they will refund €285 which was a cost incurred by a site problem - when changing the currency from euros to sterling at the end of the process the booking reverted to the original one - I ended up re-booking the flight I was changing. Has anyone else found that the "Change Booking" area of the site is flakey? The call centre refused to help in any way claiming that it was my error.0
