    and a £8,000 career development loan.

    So that's £10,000

    I'm not officially a dfw but I had to borrow £4 off my parents at the beginning of the year and I have just paid them back, so I will add my 4000 to the pot if thats ok!!

    New total = £641,201.23

    New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.
