  • I just wanted to say well done everyone!!

I'm not adding since I actually ran up my total debt this year (I was debt free last year).

    It really is inspiring!!

My wife and I paid off the whole of our £22K debt this year :)
We would never have been able to do it if we hadn't made a killing selling our flat. Even with paying off £22K, we were still able to put down a sizeable deposit on our new house and live comfortably. The greatest thing is that we have actually been able to pay for the whole Christmas spend, presents and food, in cash for the first time since we've been together (16 years)
  • So with malky that makes running total

    £709,565.23

    If I am not mistaken!!
Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.
    Sainsburys Loan: Cleared July 2010
Credit cards: AMEX Airmiles Card: direct debit set to clear balance monthly
  • Mine is £5,400 - but it'll be more next year!

    Bringing the total to....

    £714, 965.23
