!!!!!! our lovely new tent is now ruined
when H came home last week there was a terrible burning smell in the garage after he'd parked his scooter and shut the garage door. We thought it was some anti rust stuff he'd put on the exhuast.
Turns out he'd backed up against the tent bag, not noticed and the hot exhaust has basically melted a bl00dy great big hole in the fabric. It's unrepairable :mad::mad: So that £95 just p!ssed down the toilet. Can you tell I am fuming

That story gets weirder and weirder as I was reading that the PC responsible was found with hand injuries, he jumped out of a police car or something. Very odd. Hope he loses his job quite frankly as if they have named the correct person this isn't the first time

He had tried to slash his wrists apparently.Last time he killed the other dogs he was promoted shortly after:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Currently asking on a camping forum if holes in a sew-in ground sheet the size of a side plate can be repaired :eek: The holes in the fly sheet at smaller and can be repaired but it's the all in one groundsheet that's the problem.

Bitsy - can you get one from ebay? My shop of choice at the mo! Have just found out that DS1 is in school on Thursday, but DS2 is not - cue biggest tantrum in the world! Sorry to hear about the cat xxx

ebay is where we bought this one from. Going to attempt to patch it. OK it won't look pretty but now I've calmed down I refuse to be beaten on this

Apparantly he threw himself out of a moving police car, and then tried to slit his wrists, he left the dogs in the car and then travelled to London for work, he only 'remembered' the dogs hours later :mad: the suffering they must have gone through is unimaginable :mad::mad::mad:
