    What's a 'PPC Officer'?

To say a PPC employee contributes to society is like saying at least Rebekah Brooks paid her council tax.

Hey careful, this might be the same Rebecca we are helping!:rotfl:

If it is Brooks then let her pay these vampires, may she rot to the pitchfork! :p

But the OP is seemingly genuine so I have no fear of her being conversant with the Murdoch mаfia.
  • If you check my name is spelled different from hers therefore believe me I am not her, if I was I would have the money to pay these crooks! I have now not heard anymore from these people. I do how ever have two more of these charges as by the time I now start work the streets roundabout the hospital are full and as I do not know the area well cannot find alternatives to park. I hate the TCP man that wanders around and one of my patients had an argument this cocky little !!!! before coming to see us, he had placed a charge on the car of a man who was in the car park more than four hours as his wife had just miscarried their child and the TCP guy said that he had written the ticket and that was the end of it as far as he was concerned the man had breeched his time. Disgusting? Yes I thought so too!! He thinks he's right authoritative because he has a hat and a machine and hands out pieces of paper all day!
