i went yesterday to london oxford street store at 8am only 20 people in queue
i quickly got a wrist band 5 tops and some jewellery only came to £22
really happy- it made my day



but i wana return 2 of the topsi bought how can i exchange them without a reciept?

Hi all,
bought some stuff online at full price on monday, but these things went in the sale yesterday! Am wondering if you take back things to the store that were bought online are they sent back by the store or are they added to the store stock?? If they are added to the store stock thinking I might try to take these back and rebuy them at the sale price as it would save me £40!

omg gutted i just went to return a dress that had a flower missing from it yesterday, they don't have my size so had to make do with the next one up, went to exchange it....i had never paid for the original dress in the first place!! so cos of that missing flower i missed out on a free dress!!!

last time the sale went down to 75% off, i think it was 2 weeks after the start of the sale hth

thanks alot, theres a few nice bits ive seen but "dont need" so if they have anything nice at 75% off then that would be great lol.

Yes they are added to the store stock. I would return them and say you are not happy they were in the sale the next day after you purchased them and you want to re buy them at the sale price to save yourself £40.00
