    I was thinking of turning up at 8, can't imagine there will be that many queuing but now I'm worried. Wish we could see what was going to be on sale beforehand!

    Think it was last year, but River Island offered this deal online and instore a couple of weeks after the sale and it was for eveyone, no need for wristbands, queuing e.t.c

    The River Island website is preparing the sale online now, I heard it will be online around 3am but can't give an exact time.

    It may be worth having a look once it goes live before going to the store early in the morning. I love River Island but I never find anything decent in the sales, most of the things I have never seen in store before so it's like they buy in old stock.

    I have just woke up so going to have a browse once my eye open! :)
    I saved a lot of full priced items in my favourites but none have been reduced, why am I not surprised? They would have been had I bought them full price earlier.

    Just been - in my opinion sale was very poor, got 1 blouse, 1 plain vests, 1 plain t shirt, 2 watches, 2 lip balms and one nail varnish. Apart from the blouse, only brought the stuff because it was cheap, nothing really to get excited over in my opinion

    this explains why there was a load of mothers hangning round the newport store
