UhOh, im currently in the middle of a RM investigation waiting to get a refund for a missing parcel. Was on a credit card but less than £100
. I have sent the letter back to RM so lets hope they honour the refund.

did you ever get your refund? I am in the middle of one too....goods were ordered a week before they went into administration, total value £216....never received, and now they are offering me "£108 credit note as a good will gesture" as they say i have no rights....
Would appreciate some thoughts/feedback on this....

I managed to get the refund that RM gave them. It wasn't for the full £98 though, but I did get £70ish back.
Did you pay by credit card? As it was over £100 claim it back through them!0 -
i usually love JN. Oh no, I'm really worried! I ordered over £200 of stuff from JN website yesterday, not knowing they's gone into administration until now. My stuff was on next day delivery and hasn't arrived today. I hope it gets delivered... I did put it on my cc though so hopefully if it doesn't arrive, I'll get a refund? If they aren't delivering peoples things and still taking money that's really naughty? 0
