UhOh, im currently in the middle of a RM investigation waiting to get a refund for a missing parcel. Was on a credit card but less than £100
. I have sent the letter back to RM so lets hope they honour the refund.

I always thought it was up to the seller to refund you and for them to then seek RM refund in turn?? I've never ever had to deal with RM directly to get a refund for a missing parcel.0 -

You took the words right out of my mouth. I'm not surprised either. Never liked JN's clothes - cheap looking and far too expensive for the poor quality! It's always sad to see a company folding and jobs being lost, but I won't miss JN. Better retailers have gone to the wall, I'm mystifed that they have survived this long.Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Our Jane Norman Shop has had a 75% off sale for the last 2 months! Thought something was happening! everything in store was reduced!
Not that they do anything to fit me, being a size 14 an all! lolNothing to declare

It's not like the sizings are true. I'm a size 10/12 in most high street chains and can barely fit in a Jane Norman 14. Can't say I'm sad to see the back of it.0 -
Another one here who wondered how it lasted this long. I love a fashion item as much as the next person, but dear god, their clothes just looked and felt cheaper than cheap.
It used to be OK about 10 years ago but since then, it just didn't keep up.0 -
would it be safe to order online?0

Ah this is such a shame, it is my fav store, I've spent thousands of pounds in there over the years0
