Just read on sky news that Jane Norman has gone into administration and 90 stores have closed over the weekend. Their website has a 50% sale...

    Went to meadowhall on saturday and the shutters were down, lights off, no staff, fully stocked inside the thought did cross my mind. Good luck to all the staff.

    Sale looks like normal sale as not everything is in it. Is it safe to buy online from a compnay that has gone into administration? Will the goods actually come?

    Bought a table and chairs years ago from a shop and they held it till i could go back at weekend but during this time they went into administration so i lost out so bit hesitant now

    If you buy anything online and are concerned, use a VISA card for potential chargebacks.

    Can't say i'm surprised, i always wondered how they kept going for so long. The prices are far too high for what is essentially cheap tat.

    GUTTED I am it's about 1 of the only shops where the clothes fit me just right.
