evening! not read the thread the last 2 days sorry.
Sistercas - got a cold myself too so you have my sympathy, mine's mainly in my throat at the moment. x
not a lot to report apart from we've had our first homegrown new spuds for tea and some baby carrots - very tasty indeed!:T
Did my ironing after work, early start tomorrow as I'm taking 2 service users to the seaside again(with another support worker). This time we're off to Aberwystwyth in Wales - hope I've spelt it right!:) as its one lady's birthday treat as she's 48 on Friday. She's a lovely little lass - about 4ft tall and has Tourettes, registered blind with learning disabilities but she really enjoys her life!:T and her laughter is infectious:D so a fun day should be had by all!
hope everyone's ok.
take care all x xDo what you love :happyhear0 -
İts been a lovely day today with some whispy cloud about and a top temp of 28 and the rest of the week looks to stay the same. İts not normal for this time of year because its nearly Canada day in the uk and i can remember leaving turkey with the temperature at 31 at midnight on that date!!-it sticks in my mind because we went into the centre of London on the way home and they were selling canadian buffalo burgers in trafalgar square!(i normally cant remeber what i ate for breakfast!!)
The hair clinic was the highlight of my day today! its a 3 hour detour in my day to another part of the city.-i have to take the 4,50 ferry across the bay and by the time i have finished i take the 7,50 return ferry. These ferries are redundant boats that once worked in istanbul.--dinner time!mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0 -
