    Back again.

Took the boys to join the local playscheme this morning, we were almost an hour late :o but they didn't seem to mind too much. DS1 has settled in straight away which was a bit of a shock as he only knew two of the other kids, DS2 didn't settle which was an even bigger shock as he is the people person :rotfl: he has come home with me, leaving his big brother, but has agreed to go back after lunch and see what he thinks. They are having a daytrip tomorrow and he fancies it, so we'll see what happens. OSwise nothing except washing and drying, we are off to PizzaHut for DS2's treat with the family, which shouldn't be too bad as the kids eat free..

Boiling hot here in north Kent, but one line of washing done and dried, and all the sandy beach towels blowing beautifully dry as I write.Supposed to be big thunderstorms tonight so that should cool things down a little.Just going to watch Scot & Bailey on catch-up while I do some ironing.
Washing smells so gorgeous straight off the line for ironing who needs chemical sprays indoors.
    Cheers chums

    Happy Birthday DS smiley-transport026.gif:D

Took DS to toddlers....but it was one of those days where it smells of poo.....too many toddlers too many nappies smiley-fart006.gif. Thankfully i stood next to the open window ;). DS had a whale of a time, he's now happily jumping on the trampoline....fingers crossed for a good nights sleep ;).

Rang the lady about my hens who have grown into cockerels and she said to bring them back and she'll exchange for hens smiley-happy112.gif.

It's turned really muggy here now, all windows and door open, have had to put a chair at the back door as the hens were in the hallway when i came down the stairs

    Lunch time hurraaah!

Sorted another 3 bags of stuff. One bag had 2 double cotton sheets. They are the real old ones that my Grandmother has from the '40's. Can't wait to get them on my bed. Sorted a pile of folded washing that had been stuffed under the stairs. A bag of shopping that was about a month old :o Luckily it was dry goods. Also sorted out a fabric shopping bag that I had been using as a handbag so I could cart around a change of clothes for the littlie, some toys, drawing stuff, paper work and goodness knows what other crap. I have a messenger bag now and littlie doesn't need me to have so much stuff now. Bag is now in the wash.

ETA Nursery has just phoned and DC3 has been sick so I have to dash up there.

DC3 is asleep on the sofa now.

Have emptied and filled the DW again and am now caught up on myself.

Taken the washing out of the machine and refilled it.

ETA: I've folded and sorted the washing off 2 airers and put a wash load on the airers.

Also unblocked the toilet which was fun :)

DC2 is home now so will get on with homework with him.

    Good Afternoon x
Just coming round after one of my turns. Unfortunately it happened on the way to my appointment so Kids Dad had to turn back. Hopefully I can re-schedule. Generally feel such a burden at the moment and it's a horrible feeling:(

Horrid weather - really thundery and close.

Have to take Poppy to the vets tonight as she is pee-ing a lot and in strange places. They said to take in a urine sample??? How hard is it to catch a pee? Very as every time someone tries to slide a saucer underneath her she stops and sits down:eek::eek::eek:

Sorry this is a down post.

My thoughts are also with Lou and her familyxx
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Hugs for you Molly, I am sure you wouldn't think of your loved ones of a burden if they were ill and needed some extra care, you are just as deserving of that care, be kind to yourself, I hope it passes soon, and you pick back up again.x

Molly - there is no way on this earth you are a burden so please don't think like that. I am sure your family don't feel that way about you xxx

Tiger - Oh my word where have you got your energy from, especially in this heat. I've only done half the things I was supposed to (although ironing too me longer than anticipated and I started it later after having to do the usual rush round with the vac, endless pick up and put away chores).

Try a small frying pan or saucepan - handles means you can be a bit further away so she may feel more comfortable with you there

BB, I was doing homework supervision with DC2 and I could feel myself completely crashing. Just couldn't seem to function or move properly so I set my laptop up with Big Day Out for DC2, DC1 and 3 were asleep so I went and put my head down for 30 mins. Just dropping off and some one knocked on the door and then didn't wait for me to answer. Just dropping off and DC2 starting shouting for me just because he hadn't seen me for a while and wondered where I was. Just dropping off again and DC3 woke up and started yelling. So I gave it up as a bad job.

We are now sitting eating an indoor picnic type meal with lots of picky bits because lazy Mummy just couldn't be assed to cook.
