Morrisons - will they ever go online?

I will save about 2 hours every week the day Morrisons go online!
I do one huge family shop once a week and this becomes tedious when I have so much else to do too. I have shopped with Ocado, Asda, Tesco but with disappointing results (either too expensive or wrong cuts of meat etc). With Morrisons I know what to expect since I have been shopping with them for years.
Please Morrisons go online!

They are currently working on it. That's why the purchases Kiddicare.com so they can use their online system. I think they are planning to go live in 2012/ 2013

That will be great, they have by far the best meat of any of the supermarkets.
Mind they do have the best whoopsies corners too.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.

I've not long left Morrisons and they've been trialling home shopping services for a few months, so I'm assuming it'l be up and running in the not so distant future.
Got to agree with the quality of meat, amazing value for money, can get a couple of Ribeye steaks for under a fiver usuallyThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
I can't wait for them to do online shopping. I'll be leaving Tesco like a shot !!:hello:

Lol, I think you're in the minority on this one on this board, though I'll agree with you to some extent. I tried Morrisons meat as people on these boards seemed to rave about it. The pork joint was okay..nothing special, but the beef joint I bought was as tough as old boots, so never again. More expensive than my local butcher too. I have had the same problem with veg etc. Tomatoes turning black within 2 days, & onions bad on the inside the day of purchase.
As for the whoopsies, they're a joke in my local too. One example, some deli boiled ham..was £4.50, now £4.47...I ask you, why bother? They only seem to reduce things by about 20p at the most.
It's okay for some of the deals I suppose but for a general shop I stick to Tesco's and Sainsbury's.0 -
Its in trial at moment, i didnt think they would go for internet shopping as i was told they like to not to do what the other 3 do and sell clothing, alot of non foods eg electricalsbut they must hyave have realised that internet shopping is the way to go.0

That's interesting, my mum used to work for them and as of April they were saying there were no plans at all to move into internet shopping.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
