Lost presents!

I put some stuff in a bed's divan drawer and it then went missing, years later when we moved I took out the drawers and guess what I found ! When I added more stuff it must have pushed the bags over the back drawer edge. Hope you find them.

Thank god I am not alone!

Having searched all weekend and for hours today I really think they have spontanously combusted!

All am always so organised, every little item I have bought has been recorded in my notepad, shame I didn't think to note down where they were hidden too!

The only place I really remember having them was in my wardrobe, and I have emptied it time after time even though I know they are not there!

Every cupboard, drawer and storage box (even my luggage) has been searched with no luck. I have even removed the drawers and checked under the units.

I haven't lost that much in terms of value (about £20) but I bought things I know my daughter will really like so I feel really bad.

I am hoping I get a sudden flashback, hopfully before Christmas!!

This is so me but this year it's been the opposite way. I've bought things all year when it's been in sales etc. Today I went through my wardrobe and drawers and got everything out and I don't even remember buying some of it! Hope you find the things!

PS Does anyone know where i've put my missing library book.....I know I put it in a safe place....

Ha ha!!! I found the cellotape! Had a sudden flash of inspiration when I was in bed last night, so got up and looked before I forgot again. It was in a drawer under my bed where I had stashed some random stuff the other day whilst tidying.

Yay, I can wrap the last of the presents!!!

I do this every single year. Even though the present stash area is my wardrobe, I still put things down and forget where...You know when you start doing something then you get distracted and go do something else? That is me! I put them down and then they get clutter piled on top of them and hey ho they are gone :rolleyes:

Been searching for about 4 pressies I thought were at MIL's and finally found them last night but now have to deliver them to said MIL 20 miles away as they are for her to give kids! Nightmare.

I sometimes swear I have left things in certain place only to have them turn up somewhere I swore they wouldn't be, and this happens quite a bit when the kids are away at their dads, so no-one has moved them unless the dog has suddenly got poseable thumbs..........

I still have decorations that I can't find........ Somewhere safe no doubt, along with the £100 of next vouchers and various other bits and pieces.... I really need a system!!!

I have hunted the whole house for a DVD boxed set of the Monty Python movies that I bought for DH and a King Kong DVD that I bought for Dad. The strange thing was I knew where both of them were until 2 weeks ago when I had to move them and now I have forgotten where I moved them to!

I even had to get DH to help me look and we still couldn't find them.
