Very happy with myself, had a NSD yesterday and have now reached my target of 8, got given lots of plums and peaches from friends and neighbors yesterday, made a plum crumble tart, which is very TART as I forgot to sweeten the plums not quite sure what to do with the peaches yet, they need ripening up a bit so I have a little time to think about that, spends for today £5.00 for fish and chip tea.SPC No. 295 - SPC No10 target £350

Afternoon all.
First time I have stepped into our village shop in weeks (forgot where everything was!).Needed Bread and milk plus a large packet of those mini marshmallows for baking or topping on hot choc(mine and DD3 treat last night). Must remember to put drinking choc down for shopping tomorrow.....hmmm the dreaded Friday afternoon trip to Mr M's looms.
Spent £3.63.

Hi all,
Well all i can say is Oh Dear this month is a grocery disaster, we have completely passed out total by and it may still go up:eek:.
Even though we have spent more i am really happy we are giving it a try as it doesn't half focus the mind and i really enjoy seeing how everyone else is doing.
So thanks to all you lovely peeps:DMoving towards a life that is more relaxed and kinder to the environment (embracing my inner hippy:D) .:j0 -

I cracked and used the £13 off the £90 code for a home delivery which means I now have £6.12 to last 13 days. My figures already include delivered milk, and the F&V box to the end of the month so that money should 'just' be for extra milk and cold meat for lunches. I am putting it in an envelope and challenging myself to stick to it without cheating and having a takeaway! After this month I simply have to stick to my budget.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0

Yesterday was a nsd, but as dh and all the kids are away (I am joining them tomorrow evening) I thought I would pop in the sm and treat myself to something easy for today and tomorrow and also fishy as none of my kids or dh eat it (unless its in batter!!) so spent £9.69 on some haddock, green beans and new pots for tomorrow and some nice fishcakes for today + a couple of tiramasus and picked up a box of fruit n fibre as it was on offer (I usually get the cheapest but do love the kellogs one best)..have updated sig..
budget will probably go to pot from tomorrow when we are away, but I have kept it pretty low up till now so we might manage it...Starting with Avon C6 target sales £150.000
