They sent me a restricted card, with no contact at all asking me to confirm my identity etc. Not impressed, have sent their customer services an email asking for my card to be unrestricted at no charge. Charging people to get a full card is a blatant money making scam - asking for passport/driving license details at signup could easily be done, rather than checking the electoral register which is limited at the best of times...
  • After a lot of hassle, finally got mine activated and set up. Of the people who have used theirs, has anyone had any problems with spending using it?
After the hassle of activating it ( a months worth of communication between myself and orange) Im very worried about topping up money onto it, if im then going to have problems spending on it!

I missed the offer, I just went on the page and was going through the application and it asks me to pay £5 , am I paying for the card or topping the card up with this? Confused.

    Hi Karen,
You would be paying for the card as they charge £5 a go ...the vouchers were for £10 so it was £5 for the card and £5 credt ;)
It's not just about the money

How do you add to Paypal if there's no sort code?
Why is abbreviation such a long word?

Guys can someone take a picture of the front and back of the card? I'm wondering what it looks like in person. Not some stupid picture.
