I used to do the same but after joining this challenge I haven't touched it. I now have £30 saved since the beginning of July.

Today I have 57p to add to pot 1.

Well, Grantus, that was quick as I was just talking to you! Be sure to seal the pots so you can then look forward to Christmas or whenever you wish to save for. Good luck with this and the other 'challenge'....though both combined could be the boost you're looking for. I dearly hope so.

Hi everyone, I have been lurking for a long time, but due to a change in circumstances money saving is the order of the day!

Please can I join this challenge? I am terrible at saving & even though I will only be putting in a small amount a day, every little helps!

I have started off with £10.15

£10.15 is a GREAT beginning Muppet_baby, and I'm sure you'll soon fall into saving mode. Many members here had never saved before until they joined, but the fact that there's a goal in mind and all the others acting as marvellous motivators has really helped them become so good at it and delighted with their Totals in December! I'm sure you will be too.:)

Just a quick update - 23p for the pot.

Think there must be something in the air/water Footie - 2lb gain here . Haven't strayed that much to warrant a 2lb gain (honest). Have been exercising more and told that muscle weighs heavier than fat - that must be it then
