Just put 90p in the pot. It's not very heavy yet - but does have a few funny looking scraps of paper in there, brown ones and green ones, and they all seem to have a picture of the queen on them. Must have escaped from my purse at some point......?!Keeping two cats and myself on a small budget, and enjoying life while we're at it!0

Nothing in to my tin or bottle today but I did come home from work with a pocket full of 1 and 2 euro cent coins which I've popped in to my forrin coin tin ready for going on holiday, most likely won't actually use it but at least it'll be redeposited in to my tin at the apartment. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Hi everyone, another late visit, but a hectic day again. What a day with the rain...comforting if you're on the inside looking out though..until DH & I decided to go for a quick walk and it hammered it down again!!!the_mollusk wrote: »oops, just realised even though i'm only doing two challenges i've already got confused between them! i was putting my figures in big and bold and colourful and loud lettering cos i thought i was sposed to, but have just realised nobody else does that here! it just looks like i was showing off...! silly me.
Please the mollusk, you have absolutely nothing to reproach yourself for as you're not alone in bolding your money potted, I promise you. I always do!Everyone here does their own thing and I'll be the first to encourage it. To my mind the 59p as you'd put it was an indication of you being very proud - and who could argue with that!
Be happy and be you!
I've potted a whole £2 today and am chuffed to bits as I haven't had one of those for a good while. :j
BRILLIANT news Footie!!!! :T Maybe some of your problems are due to retained fluid that has since been worked off.
Maybe your problem is the same, blue_eyed_girl. Try weighing again in a day or so perhaps. It is true though that muscle does weigh heavier than fat so there you go
Muppet_baby, you don't need to put the total of your savings on here, most of us put down what we collect then forget it so it's a surprse in December. You do as you wish though.
Good to see you again, Winchelsea, I hope all's as well as is possible for you right now.
Very well done, Grantus, I see you're well under way!
Have a great day everyone, a better forecast too. :j Keep safe, keep healthy and keep potting!!!
