Hi everyone

Its been a mad couple of days at work, finished a 15 hour day yesterday so no pot.

I have been to fat club to tonight and another 1/2 lb off, so its still going in the right direction. £3.90 potted which includes £3.40 for helping out at fat club and 55p change from my purse. Also £4 in £2 coins for the hols pot.

Hope everyone else is good and that you all had a good weekend even if it was a tad wet.

Off now until Thursday, time to rest and catch up with house work hmmmmm!!!

It's been a bit quiet on here today, hasn't it? Hope everyone is ok.
Change from the past couple of days spends means that I've added 57p to pot 1 and 50p to pot 2.
Had my first weigh in today after starting at fat club last week. I lost 1 and a half lbs!! I'm very pleased with that. I don't have much to lose so they said it would probably be harder for me than others with a few stone to shift.

Paid another £7 of change in to the bank today, nothing added to my tin or bottle this afternoon as I was wanting to get my mystery shopping done and home quickly today incase my sister decided to come and stay to avoid the troubles in Ealing.

Good to see you, scuba, I'd do so hope your Sister is okay and hopefully safe with you.

It's always quiet around this time of year, robed, a lot of people on holidays accounts for most of it. However, things really start to hot up once October is here, the vibes of excitement of it not being long until we open the pots are really be felt then. Congratulations on a great weight loss after just one week! :T It is true that if you haven't got much to lose then it's slower to lose it, but if you've upped your exercise then you will certainly make yourself fit.

You're doing well, Decluttering, 3 NSDs and the pot having a good feed in my books is doing just great.

Another 2 great days with DH in the garden and one heck of a lot achieved, so good to view and we're both so chuffed. No money in the pot yet as we've been too busy to go out, but later in the week.

Thanks guys, she's fine, decided to stay at home last night and it seems like things have blown over in her area. Although she knows the invite to stay here is open for as long as she might need it.
