Been a really crazy year for me, my sealed pot is likely only going to be a few pounds if that, been through the ringer a bit but finally coming out the other side, hopefully next year will be better as at the moment my sealed pot started again yesterday with 80p... haha!!

£24 will be my total for 2011. I will use the £1.90 to start 2012 pot. Definitely want to be here more often next year! Yes, we are busy but she's totally worth it! Dh is really into it, he was putting 20p/50p/£1 coins in and I would only dare to part with coppers and 10p's lol. But I'll definitely be saving higher amounts next year as we didn't even notice the money gone.

Excited to see everyone's totals on the 1st! Well done Jakes_Mum that total is fantastic!

Hi ALJA, good to see you back. You don't need to rejoin, everyone stays and the numbers remain the same. BTW, if you're not needing the money why not keep it by or bank it for when you need something or a holiday.

Well done on the total Jakes Mum and the others that have opened already. Its so exciting every day I am logging on to see who has opened their pot

I have put £1.20 in my tin today and am already wishing away 2012 so I can open it. I would like £150 but anything would be better than nothing as I just dont save.

It's been a bad week this week my nephew passed away
last week, he was only 19 would you believe it it started as an earache, it was hes funeral yesterday
