Sparkles - your fabbing routine sounds great - you'll be quite the Goddess at this rate.

Why thank you for this kind comment! And today, I got called tiny! Which I am not btw. It made me smile and laugh as we spoke about fitting into clothes and being slimmer. I did say I'm not tiny and I'm not a lollipop head either! However being called slim was delightful. Looks like I am there now :D

Not much fabbiness today as have had a long day but did do 2 hours walking to make amends and some exercise

Everyone sounds fabbier on here today which is FAB :D

    Good Morning x

I was just wondering if anyone could advise me regarding my nails. They are very soft and split so easily. I would really like to concentrate on strengthening them so I can grow them and shape them.

Hope everyone has a good day xx
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

    Good morning everyone,
I,m off out again today so already spruced up ready for the off:)

LL, Amazing what a good nights sleep can do, problems don't disappear but they are certainly easier to manage :)
It is mostly walnut leaves that need clearing and unfortunately they take years to 'break' down. We rake, suck, shred and burn.
O/H is partial to mince pie's but it is easier, maybe cheaper for me to just buy a large box for him.

Pink poppy, I love your avatar. Poppies are one of my favourite flowers.
I am the opposite I love to go the the hairdresser, I love to have any kind of beauty treatment.

Sparkles, dontcha just love the compliments? Well done on your fabbing success :j
Molly, I use Rimmel base coat strengther on my nails, give it a go. Keep up the fabbing.

Bratz, oo la la the calender sounds like fun, I'm thinking maybe fur(faux)coat over burlesque outfit for December...brrrr!

Mrs W, gosh it has been years since I went to a firework display, I uesd to love to take my DGS.
You must be settled in your newish office now, I hope you are still feeling well in the new environment? (sp)

PodP, I also love Swarovski. A friend of a friend must have every single piece, must be a night mare to dust
Seven weeks at 2lbs is certainly doable but even 1lb would be good :)

Bitsy, well done on your weight lose keep up the good work.

Tru, how's the new business venture, growing rapidly I hope?
I hope your hip is not giving you to much pain?

    Catch you all later :coffee:

OMg that's awful. So glad they weren't still there when you got home. I hope the kitten is OK and they didn't take much. So horrible for you.

MrsW - dodgy hug for you :grouphug:...have been through that 25 years ago. Don't forget that estimates for the claim & replacements can usually be got from t'internet, and your insurers may have a replacement system for most things. Also, Mr Muscle is good for cleaning up after the finger print people ;)

Oh my goodness Mrs W...how absolutely horrendous for you!!! I do hope that the police are able to catch the perpetrator....modern forensics is so much better than in the past, and if a tiny bit of DNA is found, they...the police...... will be in with a good chance.

Insurance cannot replace anything of sentimental value, so I hope that nothing like that was stolen from you.

Just wishing you the strength and fortitude to get past this traumatic event.

Many :grouphug: to you, and comforting vibes winging their way to you too.

I've not posted for a while but have been keeping up with you. Just wanted to to express my sympathy and support for Mrs Woolfe. How horrible is that - and hurting a defenceless animal too? I think we ought to bring back corporal punishment for offenders. I hope they are caught quickly.

Very best wishes and hope you recover from the shock soon.

PS I'm sure you were never evil in a past life either.
