    Morning all. Today's fabbing plan is;

A run in a little while
A walk into town for shopping
Some time outside in the garden to see some light and feel the air
A early afternoon dog walk to avoid the fireworks
Then some pamper time - feet pamper tonight a good softening session, remove old nail polish, sort out nails and lots of foot lotion. Will also pamper fingernails by buffing and filing and oiling then a nice layer of handcream

Planning a Sunday facemask pamper and layer on some products in the bathroom cupboard and also have a think about a future facemask to buy as I start to come to the end of my stash

Thank you to LL & maman for the aspirin info :) Will have a look in Tesco next week for a cheapie pack.

Think I'll be taking a brolly on my walk today, the weather is a bit on the damp side again. I actually don't mind it that much, as long as I don't skid on the leaves that are all over the paths these days.

Have a lovely weekend everyone :)

Having a quick surf around the threads while listening to my team on the radio. And we just scored:j

I tried Matalan for trousers today. They had a good pair of wide leg (which I generally like), fitted well on the b*m and waist but sadly too short:( It meant they were flapping about my ankles, not a good look!

Made myself up with the tinted moisturiser again today. Used a bit less, so I'm getting used to it. I think tomorrow I'll make up my eyes with shadow as I've only used the soft pencil so far.

Hope everyone's having a good day.

    Hello everyone,

7 weeks LL, gosh where has the time gone? I'm pleased that this thread will be continuing!

Well truth to tell Twinne I need this thread to continue - because putting it frankly I'm getting nowhere fast - especially after today. Quelle Disastre - no fabbing, no exercise, non stop munching, still no paperwork done:eek: the house a tip, mountains of washing ...............and on and on..............

The morning carer broke one of OH's wheelchairs - don't ask and the evening carer doesn't seem to understand what a toothbrush is for:mad: Me a mass of aches and pains again, chest pains back, skin feels like an old crocodiles.

    Sorry rant over.:rotfl:

On a more positive note I did manage a little walk - so better than nothing except it nearly sent my blood pressure soaring. I walked across the fields and along a cycle path. I have never seen so much litter and filth as on that path today. Why oh why are some people so dirty - do they do this to their own back yards I wonder.

Oh dear I do sound like Mr Angry tonight - I'll get me coat:o

I think I'd better go to bed and try and wake up feeling a bit sweeter.

BTW Twinnie - well done on the weight loss - two and half stones is a tremendous result. Just keep at it - you'll get there.

    Applying Foundation, Powders etc

To avoid "tide marks" and/or looking "overdone" the secret is to apply dots of foundation to the forehead, nose and chin and, if necessary, maybe a little to the top centre of the cheekbones only. Then blend outwards and upwards towards the hairline and down the neck. This way you won't get tell-tale marks and the product won't cake or settle into wrinkles.Take a little time and blend, blend, blend - a small make up sponge is good or fingers are fine if you prefer.

If you are applying powder, apply powder, first tapping the pad or brush onto the back of your hand to remove excess powder, and then, using a clean brush, brush almost all of it off again. Do not apply powder over wrinkles.

    Hope that helps.

    Goodnight all x

Thank you for the Make-up tip Lesson learned. Im sorry that yesterday was not a good day and really hope today is better. I always derive a lot of comfort from the fact that "Tomorrow is always another day" and therefore gives you the chance to start all over again x

My mineral make-up has arrived but I have not opened the box yet:o
Actually I am a bit cross with myself as I went to C0stc0 yesterday and saw a mineral set that looked really good value in pretty colours at a brilliant price. I have done this time and again with other purchases and should always wait and go and check it out there first:mad: However I did get my styling hairbrush on a good deal so feel like one cancelled out the other:j

Im another struggling with Fabbing at the moment and also need the thread to continue. I had my Osteopathy on Friday and she worked wonders but other than that it has been minimal. Today I plan to have my shower, hair, exfoliate and moisturise. I will also get my eating control again and go back to Mindful eating (Paul McK CD - here I come). I also need to reshuffle my clothes around again and have booked my wax, eyelash tint and eyebrow shape. So back on the path from frugal frump to Fabness:T:T:T

Love and hugs for a good day xx
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Hope you feel better today LL after yesterday and wishing a fabby day to one and all - c'mon, we are FAB!

Molly - I didn't realise C*stco did mineral make up. I will have a mosey in there when I go back for a few things

    Sunday Fab Plan
Have just returned from a run which was HARD work - now tired and recovering!
Prewash hair treatment, hair mask and use new style spray - hey I'm in the garden today but why shouldn't I look fab on my dog walk later?!
    Later do pedicure and manicure
Exfoliate and facemask then face oil and moisturiser
Maybe a bath and nice moisturising body lotion I have stashed in the bathroom

Think that's quite enough fabbiness for one day. No way of sticking to kcal allowance today as having a lamb shank for tea and already had 2 slices of toast and bran flakes ho hum, back to normal tomorrow

    Just lost a post.

I'm tired and cranky - awake till nearly 4 this morning.

Managed a Facelift Facemask and still look a mess. I've snapped at OH and feel as guilty as h*ll. Weepy and miserable:(

OH & I have had a few chats this week - he's now ready to go into care and says he will go in January. In a way I wish it was now - I think the waiting is the worst part.

I feel drained and exhausted and can hardly think straight. I feel as I've nothing left, I'm depleted and running on empty.

Sorry what a miserable, whingey, whiney post but the tears just keep flowing......

Oh LL if you were here I'd give you a massive hug xxx
Just do the bare minimum, you're going to have a breakdown if you're not careful xxx

And if you need to get it all out on here then do so. I am a big believer in positive thinking but not slapping a fake smile on everything and pretending it's all ok. Its fine to fall, to crack, to fail and admit that things are !!!!. No point pretending things are otherwise.
Can we do anything for you?
