I was having issues a week ago. I reset my password 3 times and I still got an error so I emailed them on the weekend, and I've just now received a reply.Dear PopulusLive member
Your account has been suspended for quality control reasons on survey(s). As a result the account will remain suspended for at least 2 weeks and the points for these surveys will be deducted from your account.
Please note that once the suspension is lifted, if we find that you continue to enter inappropriate answers on question(s) the account may be suspended permanently.
I've been with them for about 3-4 years now and never had any problems. I'm debating whether to email them again because I'd like to know what "inappropriate answers" I've given.
Anyone else ever had this?0 -

Not had this, but I noticed the other day that they now claim to be checking free text answers for, amongst other things, "professional tone." I don't think I've seen that before. Worried me a bit because some of my answers may not have had the "professional tone" they were looking for. Maybe you've fallen foul of that?0 -
Anyone who still is with this, curious to know if anyone else is getting more and more screenouts lately? Getting 1 or 2 surveys per week but over the last 4 or 5 months been getting screened out of every survey valued at £2 and above. Not missing quality control checks, just screenouts due to "enough respondents from my area and demographic" Just strange it doesn't do it on the £1 suveys too.0

I've noticed I seem to be eligible for more since I've had my daughter- wonder if it's cos I tick an extra demographic box now that I'm a mum?0 -
I had about 14 points last month so for me a very good month, I'm not a mum
Only 2 this month so far.

No problem with screenouts for me either, although I do get them on occasion. Had a survey this morning that I got halfway through and it crashed. I can't get back on now.0

Agree their surveys are well laid out but they are diabolical for screen outs. grossly understating time required and spurious accusations of failing quality control checks if You give answers that constitute dissension with corporation and government policy!0

The understatement of the time required (and hence underpayment according to their "Earn £1 for every 5 minutes" promise) is very annoying, and I always mention it in the comments box at the end of the survey, but it's not going to stop me doing them as even with the underpayments they still pay better than most of the other survey sites. As for screen-outs, I get them rarely, it's always obvious why I was screened and I don't think I've ever been spuriously screened, certainly not for opposing government policy or I'd never be allowed to get to the end of their political surveys!1
