I blame the "teens" and late twentys before i blame anyone or anything the TA &TO advertise ,directly and very directly .There is no excuse with any amount of ale to do some of the totally sick things mentioned and witnessed .If i saw anyone sh1tting in the pool there would be a 6foot turd floating in the morning .I don’t blame the teens directly even though there behaviour was unacceptable
The blame goes to FIRST CHOICE as they had a duty of care and this hotel should have never been a SPLASH HOTEL for families with children and FIRST CHOICE should be held responsible and should give a full refund and compensate families that booked a splash resort but got Las Piramides 18 to 30s
If you all so experienced this in July 2011 I would like to hear your story’s:cool: hard as nails on the internet . wimp in the real world :cool:0 -

i make you right i all so fell in to the trap of First Choice selling me this as a Splash family holiday for kids.
i went in to the travel agents and inquired about there splash brochures and was recommended the splash hotel as Child Child Friendly. and then i was told by a friend it was 18 to 30s and told me to look at the reviews and i did look on Trip Adviser and Holidaywatchdog and holidays uncoverd and all said 18 to 30s so i got on the phone to first choice and told them i was not happy taking my family hear and was told if i wanted to cancel i would lose my deposit which i paid when they convinced me what a great holiday i would have, i asked about moving hotels and was told i would have to pay £50 each Fee and would lose the waterpark and they told me not to listen to the reviews so i went with my family and was subjected to 2 weeks in an 18 to 30s hotel with Hen & Stag Partys going on and drunken teens out of control in every way.
what was First Choice Thinking Making this in to a SPLASH HOTEL and Mixing Famlies with small children with Drunken teens and STAG & HEN party's
this is a PARTY HOTEL not for famlies with small children the
Las Piramides is not a SPLASH HOTEL for 2012
it is now the Parque Cristobal Bungalows & Siam Park which is across the road from Las piramides hotel.
First Choice has a lot to Answer for and there is a lot of angry families like my self wanting compensated for our long awaited holidays being ruined as First Choice tried to merge a 18 to 30s hotel with a reputation with there Splashworld for Families and there is no mention in the brochure that it will include HEN & STAG PARTY'S and 18 to 30s pooing and peeing and vomiting in pool ect
i dont think families with children would have booked up0
