we are just back from the Haven site at Haggerston with the breakfree deal ran earlier in the year - does this mean i will get a priority code, or is this different?

We are going on two sun hols in the next couple of weeks, cayton bay and withernsea sands. Paying around 90 for the four of us, should have been 15ppn but with entertainment passes. For July you can't knock it.

We went to withernsea in Apr, just booking it off the park resorts website, cost us 60 for four nights. DH had a week off work and we went on the internet on the sunday night as the weather was good, a lot of campers there felt te same, and then ended up getting a tue-fri deal in an 8 person static caravan.

Just goes to show that 'the sun' are very good prices for the time of year, but you can also get bargins going direct

Just had an email from The Sun to say my priority pack is in the post.
I quote:

As a big thank you for booking with us before, this year you can choose from some early Spring 2012 dates. But if you can't wait that long, there are plenty of available dates from September through to November 2011."

In Hampshire the half term is Mon 24 October 2011 to Fri 28 October 2011 and was included last year in the £9.50 deal.

ok - do people know which are the least popular parks - that do take dogs...

i can only go away in half term week so am thinking of applying to less popular places so i stand a chance of getting a holiday in half term....

do people think this might work? any suggestions of which 5 to put down? i live in peak district so can go in any direction eg yorkshire, lincolnshire, north wales or lancashire are all about equal time wise...

all we require is a good indoor swimming pool, and a waterproof caravan....

any recommendations?

i am thinking maybe Haven golden sands - as i know other havens are better:rotfl:

maybe one of the less popular yorkshire havens - ie not primrose valley...

if we only put one set of dates ie half term but put 5 sites do you think we might get lucky?

not had an email, but then again i dont recall ever getting an email before, not had code yet either, hopefully will recieve one as i have for the all the last promotions for the last 10 years

wow - i did not realize these sun promtions have been going 10 years...

if all the people who have booked for the past 10 years get priority booking then it makes me think i have little chance of getting a half term break without a priority booking form:cool:

oh well i will still work on my theory of applying to the less popular parks...
