Evening all.
Spent £4.99 on M&S cakes, some mussels in vinegar and some of Sainsbury's tea-cakes (99p for 4 BOGOF).
Nothing planned for tomorrow yet meals-wise, but hoping NOT to spend - easier said than done.

Evening all.
Skipped breakfast, had a dominos personal pizza for lunch 1.99 special, also popped to mr w, no reductions on veg, so went across the road to the f&v stall, 3 pak choi, a bunch of spinach and some bobby beans 2.15. Had a pork escaloupe, my home made sweet chilli sauce, the veg and steamed rice.
Prawns in sweet chilli tomorrow, rice and veg, with a soup for lunch.
Might use the rice milk i have in the fridge, bit scared it will taste terrible, will use up some porridge maybe for brekkie.Lose 28lb 3/28lb

Hi all
I am new to this forum, in fact new to forums full stop. I am fascinated by the idea of this challenge and wondered how to go about it. Are there any specific rules, do you limit what you are allowed to buy or how much you spend and do you all have to buy the same things, limit the same amount etc. I would love to know more.
Also, as a newby, I am wondering what whoopsies means and also NSD? I haven't come across them before. sorry if I sound stupid or naive.
Many thanks in advance. xx0 -

Depending on where you shop the reduced label have different things on them. A Woopsie is a reduction label (ASDA I think, the stickers have Whoops on them).

Morning all.
dexydoll - the "rules" were to use up all your freezer and cupboards stuff!!. lol
I tried to set a budget for the year and use up stuff with a given budget - budget worked, but still cupboards and freezers full!!
Good luck if decide to participate.
"Whoopsies" as Meadows are reduced items or YS (Yellow Sticker) stuff - usually stuff reduced on their use by date etc.
Toasted tea-cakes for breakfast and possible stir fry later??
Anyone getting stressed with Xmas??

Anyone getting stressed with Xmas??
Having seen the family yesterday let's just say stressed doesn't cover it...
I've still done no shopping for presents or food - was going to get a mini tree yesterday but that didn't happen either. Just been to B&Q but they didn't have many left and they seemed expensive given I just want a small potted one.
The only fresh food in the fridge is a lettuce, 2 vegan mousse and some vegan cheese and some out of date by a year filo pastry. I have just treated myself to a small M&S lunch - was horribly busy in there even and everything I wanted had been moved around.
However, I've just heard that I've won an organic Christmas hamper so I am very happyNo idea what it contains though!
