Hi Lynsey, yea groupon deal
, even though I still have 2 free Icecreams already, will be taking litre over for family this Christmas, that will make me flavour of the month lol I got the same Icecream free last year with the credits, some of the best Icecream, so i dididnt mind the extra 99p they added on this year, just watched watch dog daily about groupon, lol i don't feel an ounce guilty about my credits after that.
Got audits to do today, including a gym audit later, so will pick up some Icecream.and another free lolly, going to have leftover 5 beans, frankfurters and. Muffin from the freezer for lunch, will brown some mince and shove in sc with some 5 beans for a chilli and use up some of the veg.Lose 28lb 3/28lb

Afternoon all.
Up early today (9am is early to a night worker!) to take bunny #2 Oreo to the vets - just a checkup, all is well and hes back home with his friend bunny #1 Milka (Milk and Oreo...geddit?)
Didnt have much for breakfast - DM had biscuits and tea and I had toast with cheese as always. Snacked on fruit loaf when we got home.
Starving now, have just raided the indoor freezer for lunch - found 4 mini yorkshire puds in a pack and 6 frozen sausages, so we're going to have mini toads in the holes, with extra toad. :rotfl:
Went freezer diving just now in our outside freezer as indoor freezer beginning to look quite empty! Took out a pack of bacon to put into fridge for defrosting, and took out a pack of cheesy sauce pasta bake stuff I mentioned in a earlier post.
Moved from outdoor freezer to indoor freezer: 1 pack bacon, 1 small pack mince, pack chicken goujons, ready meal cod & chips (last one, snif snif), pack frozen sausages, pack aunt b's yorkshires, 2 minted lamb steaks (steaks for sunday dinner)
outdoor freezer just has 2 large packs mince, 2 large packs casserole steaks, whole duck, pack filo pastry, pack of stir fry veg, 2 minted lamb steaks, 2 packs fresh peas & 3 packs spread/cooking marg.
Shamefully since freezer stocks are running low it means y/s hunting on Sunday when we do a big shop....what a pity0 -
I had 2 crumpets with poached eggs for brunch, plan on having Chicken Kievs ,wedges and mushrooms for evening meal tonight,
So another NSD, must make car go right tonight when I leave computer class as Tesco on left and I DO NOT NEED ANYTHING.Do I need it or just want it.0 -
ms_night_ryder - that Italian ice-cream looks really nice .............. enjoy.
Fingers crossed for next weeks Groupon credits. lol
Carpet fitted and quite nice and a bargain at £87 fitted (bought new carpet strips, so extra £15+ from Wilkos). Tidies things up for Xmas .................. which is less than 5 weeks away now.
Hubby took the foodbank stuff and struggled to find it (long story). Anyway, it appears to be a proper foodbank and the shelves were pretty full, though the staff stated they have been very busy of late and are getting support from supermarkets and Churches as well as "normal" people. They were grateful, but probably not as grateful as myself for the space!!
Tesco shop:
3 x Matchmakers @ £1 = £3
2 x Bertolli @ £1.90
Pack of "stotties" bread @ 55p
Sub total = £7.35
Bertolli BOGOF (minus) £1.90
Sub total £5.45
Coupons used, 2 x Bertolli 50p and 3 x Matchmakers £1 - minus £4
Total = £1.45
Bought some foodbank stuff:
6 x Baxter Healthy soups @ 3 for £2 = £4
6 x Tins value rice pudding @ 12p = 72p
2 x Value cornflakes @ 31p = 62p
Sub total = £5.34
Coupons used, 6 x 50p Baxters - minus £3
Total = £2.34
Ended up finishing the Wiltshire ham, made a sandwich and had some chocolate.
I'm having soup later and hubby is having a pizza and chips and watching the footy!!
I never got to Thorntons, but hopefully tomorrow.
Fingers crossed for a NSD tomorrow, but on the look out for cheap foodbank stuff. I want to concentrate on £8 - £10 per month now and looking for value.
Lidl on Saturday for the onions and probably grab some cheap biscuits for the foodbank.

Was a coupon available via Lovebrands on Facebook about a week ago - they appear every Tuesday apparantly, but they go REALLY fast so be on the ball.
They arent just for Matchmakers tho, they are £1 off Matchmakers/Dairy Box/After Eights/Quality Street/Black Magic.0 -
Evening all, well food plan went as i said earlier except other half didn't want chicken so he had lemon sole. Feel like pulling my hair out my ds is being bulied at school and had a gang of 30 plus waiting for him after school, but luckily he was on the bus when they all arrived, tried to phone the school but no answer. Sorry think i was starting to vent a little their i'll stop !!. We'll catch up tomorrow and think i will try and get the penguin build a bear teddies imagine i'll still be awake at midnight, feel really unsettled.0

just trying - that is awful about your DS, I was bullied myself at school, never by a gang that big. I hope you get things sorted with the school, that is out of line behaviour.0
-
just trying - I also wish you all the best in sorting this terrible situation.
Hope the school and head teacher can fully resolve it, even if getting rid of the bullies.
Wishes to you and your son.

Morning all.
First time in ages that this thread hasn't been updated daily.
Yesterday i had some luck, went to Asda, got 2 copella for 20p using coupon, piri ww meal and a small pack of basmati £1.27 to pay, I managed.to leave the change in ss, 10 mins later I realised and.decided to go back, thinking somebody had used.it, but no, they had kept it to the side! Used a £5.
Went to Iceland and bought greggs toffee apple lattice and duck spring rolls £2.50 spent there, spends this week under £8 which I am pleased about.
Made a smoothie for breakfast yest, lunch was greggs then went to my grandmas and had.chicken and rice, not much using there.
Had the last of smoothie today, will be having nandos for dinner,ms job, so only lunch to worry about either frankfurters or chilli, my grandma gave me a huge bag of rice yesterday so won't need any for now.
I did redeem the groupon icecream, but they changed it from last month, you can't have a insulated tub which cost £10 even though the voucher is for £10 worth of Icecream, because the tub costs to much, if you want the tub is is £3 extra, I didn't bother to argue and.got 2 small tubs to takeaway.
Looking forward to my other Icecream now, might POP to Mr w on the way to get my advent calendar, also pass the Tesco on the way, so may get £1 worth of their cheap sweets.Lose 28lb 3/28lb
