I'll be using up some mashed swede from the freezers today. Going to do a roast chicken dinner. I will be doing a small shop today for chorizio and fruit. Hoping not to buy anything I do not need.
Hope everyone else has a no or low spend day.£36/£240

Ah, ok. I thought you meant the old traditional dettol. Use their new products myself too.
My mistake ............ it's Domestos bleach. lol
The Dettol products were the wipes and sprays. I don't buy the Dettol disinfectant, get a cheaper brand.
Got 2 Dettol sprays, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen and £1 each using coupons.
Only 40p spent on food - 6 large buns on offer (better than half-price).
See what happens later, but NOTHING needed now and just a yoghurt to finish and a little cheese - maybe make ham and cheese sandwiches for the plane??

went to the parents for dinner last night and brought leftovers home :j so that's tonight's dinner sorted
Freezer is quite full still but mainly full of bread for the next week or two.
Tins cupboard is smaller than ever which is fine as the dates are getting short on the items so they need eating soonish. Going to do some batch cooking this week - sausage casseroles and something with this damned pastry that is 2 years old. That Chicken en Croute looked yum, might try and re-create that
Haven't been near a shop since Friday :j which means I haven't spent a penny :j which is lucky as I haven't got a penny to spend :j:D:rotfl:
ETA: Couldn't live without a good bottle of 1980's-style Dettol in the house. Use it for so much stuff!0 -
I ended up putting 7 left over yorkshire puddings in to the freezer. It was 1 item in, 1 item out £36/£240

No more spends, I was going to try Sainsbury's late on, but couldn't be bothered - hope I didn't miss much. So the weeks spend will only be 40p. lol
Italian Groupon was very much average and charged £1.95 for a lime and soda!!! No tip as the tip was in the price of the drink, they can't have it both ways and certainly won't be going back - far better Italians giving better food and cheaper soft drinks.
Need to stock up on veg, milk, bread and cheese when I get back and fridge is virtually bare, only bits in there now ................ unlike the freezers.
Cases are virtually packed and weather looks good for the 8 days, hoping for very little rain this time.
Not sure if I'm taking the netbook, but free wifi in hotels - decide in the morning.
Bed early tonight and 2 alarms set for 5.30am and trying to get to airport as late as possible. Check in, through to departures, buy a few magazines and hopefully ready to board for a 8am flight.
Hubby's getting excited as he's been told there are 1 euro pints and works out at 80p - my coffee's will probably be dearer!!
Catch up on the 23rd if I don't take netbook - be good and grab them bargains!!!
Take care.

Hey guys
I did end up using the muesli and some of the milk I defrosted, I went out to do some ms and had a packet of crisps and 2 chocolate bars, I made it back on time for Zumba, so went to that, not to long had dinner, which was the pasta ready meal, so that's finished, also had the rest of veg made yesterday and some coleslaw, it was a lot, but I tend to go to bed at around 3 and by that time I'm hungry again, so hopefully I wont be tonight.
I'm going to use the last 2 eggs tomorrow and have lunch, I have also taken out some bread from freezer but because I have had to shove things In the drawers it had gotten broken, Will see.what I can rescue, will have some beans as well, will.try and fit somethinelse in as well, I have kickboxing tomorrow so i like to eat well, after will have a sandwich after, see what my friend has for me.Lose 28lb 3/28lb
