Morning all. Feeling a bit groggy here, ds was at the folks last night so I attacked the wine instead of tonight. Made a decision to not drink for 4 weeks!

Hope you're better at sticking to things than myself!!!!

The only time I stick to things is when I use super-glue. lol ..... and that's normally my fingers together!!

My problems of late have been down to a lack of NSD's, probably down to a bigger budget now?? I need a few NSD's!!

^^^^ lolol. Yeah I'm probably doomed to failure! Mind you I'll be saving £12 a week which soon adds up, and that's not counting the extra grub I eat when I've got the munchies after a glass or few. Hopefully I'll stick to it.
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.

Evening, thanks for the good wishes! I actually had a far worse experience than even I expected which is saying something!!! Procedure went ok though they didn't solve the problem and my body didn't react very well to any of it and at the moment I am still suffering, in agony, quite dozy from the meds and can barely do a thing for myself!

I'm on the anti freezer emptying challenge at the moment... Now I can keep food down it's just toast and fruit though I have barely any appetite either! No idea yet when I will even be able to get clothes on let alone walk to a shop!!

Will catch up on all the posts when my head is clearer :)
Hi Kirri, sorry to hear that your hospital visit was worse than anticipated. I don't know what exploratory procedure you were having - hope they give you a diagnosis soon. I have been for various hospital tests in the past - tube down one end and up the other. I did feel rough after the up tube procedure. Hope you perk up soon. Hope I haven't put anyone off their early lunch/late coffee break with hospital details. :o

I was about to under go an embarrassing examination when the young male Doctor said - he recognised my name. Did I have a Daughter K.... who went to medical school. Turns out he knew my Daughter from when they were training to be Doctors. :o

katskorner - well done and nice to see that control.

Weather nice today and just been pottering about. Can't get the line back on my strimmer so ordered 2 of those £3.75 ones from Tesco (one for a friend so she'll stop borrowing mine!!) - hope they are honoured and much lighter weight than mine which will make life easier. Kept of the GRABBIT board for ages, not many great offers of late though.

Just totted up my weekly spends so far and spookily matches my total spend last week £25.99 (had to check twice!!) - 2 days to go though!!. Still need milk later and may have to give Morries a miss until next week. The Nescafe coffee refills are half-price until the end of the month (29th I think) and want a stash of at least 3kg by then - keep me in coffee for a while and reduce spends.

Took out the pork and that's created a decent space as it was still in the Sainsbury's packaging - hopefully the space WON'T be filled quickly. lol

    Catch up later.
