I got a receipt for my returned items with a value on each and a total at the end. I didn't check at the store and just assumed it went back at normal prices until I got home.
I think I am just going to return the remainder items and if they put them back at full price, i'll them to put them on at sale price.0 -
The Barcode scanner was not working properly so that may have had something to do with it.....0

I once returned some items after they had been reduced again and they showed on the reciept as the second price, eg I bought them for £10 from sale then returned tham they had gone done to £5 so only £5 went on account!!! So I had to query this and they adjusted it manually after much faffing! You might just have made a profit there!!!Gunslinger wrote:I returned some Directory items today which I ordered with the code. They put the returned items through at full price and not sale price.
Is this correct? I have some more items delivered today, some of which I want to return however I dont want to get too ahead of my self.
Will they credit my account with the sale prices or the full price?
Hesitant to take coats back as sale price was £30 and full price is £80.
Any advice?Just trying to be me.....0 -
Just received an email. The Next in-store sale starts 5am 27th December.
But I'm sure you hard core Next sale people knew that already.

You will probably find that they wont credit your account at all. This happens as the system will not recognise that you have returned the things you did, because of the different prices. Unfortunately you wont be credited for the full prices unless thats what you paid. You will probably have to ring up when you get your statement and they will make the adjustments. Hope that helps.0 -
hi just wondering for those who did this last year with next, when you returned the items did it all get refunded properly on your statement ?just curious cos i've got to send some stuff back, which obviously i've ordered early under the special code and the delivery forms show its gone through at sale price, so wanted to check that it doen't usually create a problem when you return things, and it all gets refunded .Thanksgrocery challenge jan 17 £ / 350.000

In my experience even if they refund you more in the store (say if you are returning with a slip) then they do adjust it on your account later (and I didnt have to ask).

There is no such thing... it's simply the computer randomly picking X amount of next account holders to gain access to their sale prior to it going out to everyone.
