Thanks for that , coz I am a new customer I have no account number, already created my account so ordered anyway, at least i am set up for next time.


I notice that you have to agree to get a next directory when you set up an account, to be honest I don't really want one as I just look online and it is just something else for my daughter to tear up~ anyway my question is do you get charged everytime a new directory comes out ?? Coz I notice my friends get quite a few a year and never thought to ask them!

Don't worry about using the sale code. I had a late vip slot last year and used the code early instead as I was afraid everything would be gone. Got everything without a problem and have done the same this year.

Orders loads of stuff too ... OMG !!!

Couldnt order quick enough in work so ordered again at home ... 2delivery charges of £ 4.99 (didnt use code !!) Oh well, got a hell of a lot more money off than £ 9.98 .

One question though ? Can I return any to a store if they are not suitable ?

Yes if you don't want anything just take the delivary note and item to any store and they will credit you back and take it off you. Thats why I love next so much, it's so easy to do!

They normally send you a letter to ask whether you want the catalogue and you can phone a self seve pin number line and decline the catalogue which is what I do thus saving the £3.50 or whatever they charge!. hth or just refuse it when the courier brings it!.

anyone else unable to place there order? i go through the process, input card details which are accepted then it says your bank has confirmed the payment details press continue to go on and they flashes unable to complete order?

Mine always goes on my Next account so didn't have to go through that process of card details, maybe it's becasue your paying and not putting it on account?
