If you're using a VIP slot unfortunately you can't use a code as well

Normally on the page where you log in to place an order, you put in your account number, DOB and postcode and there is a space for a code. But on the VIP slots you put in your VIP password instead.

using an unpublished code is fraud. I got done last year. Plus if you have used the code before the sale date you are a bit daft. They have your address. Doh!

If their system allows you to use it then it's their own fault.
They have a contract with me now to deliver stuff at the price they have advertised.
