Next have a really good returns policy -if you return items via courier or PO, you have to use a code to identify why you don't want the item (too big/too small/not liked, etc. If you take stuff back to the store, they never ask you why you are returning it - well, I've never been asked anyway!

When your stuff arrives, ring them up and say that you tried to apply free delivery code F8084 to your orders but for some reason it wouldn't go through. They should just refund the delivery charges. That's what I did a couple of weeks ago when I ordered without remembering to put the code in - they didn't hesitate to apply it and I had found it on here, it hadn't been sent to me personally.

You can just order without a slot.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this thread, I have just ordered well over £600 of clothes for £293, a real bargain and much easier than having to fight through the crowds on the opening day of the sales.
